100% customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your SupaMat, you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The shipping cost will be covered by us if there are any quality related issues with the product. Otherwise, buyer pays the shipping cost. 

To start a return, fill the Return Request form. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the funds.
